SINACOLA SOURCING & SUPPLY LLC
About
our company
I help fabrication shops connect with manufacturers that need reliable, repeatable work — without wasting time on poor-fit RFQs, unclear requirements, or unrealistic expectations.
With over five years of experience in fabrication, continuous improvement, and manufacturing engineering, I understand what it takes for a job to succeed beyond the quote. I’ve worked directly with production lines, supported fabrication operations, and seen firsthand how miscommunication between manufacturers and shops leads to missed margins, schedule issues, and unnecessary rework.
I hold a degree in Industrial Engineering and Master’s in Business, which allows me to evaluate opportunities through both a technical and commercial lens. My role is to ensure fabrication partners are matched with manufacturers whose requirements, volumes, and timelines actually make sense for their capabilities.
Why Sinacola Sourcing & Supply
Too often, fabrication shops are flooded with RFQs that don’t align with their equipment, capacity, or margins. Time gets wasted quoting work that was never a good fit to begin with.
Sinacola Sourcing & Supply exists to change that.
I work upstream with manufacturers to clarify scope, expectations, and timelines before bringing opportunities to fabricators. This means shops see better-qualified work, fewer surprises, and customers who understand the realities of fabrication.
How I Support Fabricators
Match shops with manufacturers that fit their capabilities
Filter out poor-fit or low-margin opportunities
Translate engineering intent into shop-floor reality
Set realistic lead times and expectations upfront
Reduce quoting noise and wasted estimator time
Act as a single point of contact between shop and customer
My goal is not volume — it’s alignment.
Who I Work With
I partner with fabrication shops of all sizes — from specialty and prototype-focused shops to production-capable operations — helping them build consistent, profitable manufacturing relationships.
Based in Indiana, I work closely with domestic fabricators and connect them with manufacturers nationwide.
